I am a professional facilitator of agility in business by coaching groups to develop into high performing teams using agility techniques and am well-versed in assisting transformation of leaders and teams using a core of tried and tested power hour trainings followed by well-structured workshop facilitations to draw out the best in your people. These techniques address common workplace challenges as defined by Patrick Lencioni around absence of trust, inattention to results, fear of healthy confict, avoidance of accountability and lack of commitment. When these things are addressed, there is usually a significant reduction in toxic conflict, stress, anxiety, tardiness, absenteeism, low integrity, depression, illness, employee turnover and job dissatisfaction.
